Directorpoint 2.0 is Coming Soon

We are thrilled to announce the upcoming release of Directorpoint 2.0!  With lightning fast performance and dozens of innovative new features, Directorpoint.com is truly the premier collaboration platform for leadership teams and boards of directors.

Enhancements include:

  • Ability for admins to edit member profiles
  • Ability to create meeting agenda templates
  • New Discussions feature, allowing private discussions among one or more members
  • New Links feature, allowing admins to add links to important external sites on the group dashboard
  • Drag and drop file uploading to the file system, events, votes, surveys, and discussions
  • Ability to edit email notification templates
  • Ability to rearrange meeting agenda rows by dragging and dropping
  • Ability to limit votes, surveys, and discussions to a subset of members
  • New Location and Description fields for events
  • Ability to schedule meeting reminders
  • Ability to schedule automatic deletion of all content
  • More robust calendar with month, week, and daily views
  • Ability for admins to receive notifications when votes and surveys are submitted and closed
  • Improved performance of the web-based document viewer
  • Improved document printing performance
  • Better organized group settings page
  • Innovative redesign of the vote and survey creation pages

All of these enhancements will be rolled out in March and April, when we will immediately begin working on the next round of enhancements, which will include:

  • Ability to link administrative assistants to members
  • Ability to limit events and individual files to a subset of members
  • Ability to group users by categories; like Board Member, Staff Member, etc
  • Ability to create tabbed agendas
  • Options to upload word document as an agenda, or use WYSIWYG form to create an agenda
